FAQ

Fencing FAQs

Do you install vinyl ranch rail fencing?

Yes — 3-rail vinyl ranch fence is a current specialty, typically in 16-ft rail spans on properly set vinyl posts.

What about trees near the fence line?

We identify critical root zones and hand-dig post holes inside them — machine augers near mature trees can kill them, and in Atlanta that can trigger tree ordinance penalties.

Do fences need permits?

Most residential fencing under 6 ft doesn't need a permit in Metro Atlanta jurisdictions, but corner lots and certain zones have sight-line rules. We check before we build.

How long does installation take?

Most residential runs are done in 1–3 days after materials arrive; concrete cures before gates get hung.
